DPNV is a new Cambodian FMCG company owned by a group of local investors, with the ambition to produce and distribute food and beverage products that promote consumers’ health and wellbeing. We have launched our Kaiia, the company’s flagship brand for natural mineral water.
Our natural mineral water originates from a deep and pure underground water source approximately 100 meters and located in Aoral Mountain, the highest peak in Cambodia.
Our mineral water plant’s land covers nearly 40 hectares, surrounded by mountains and beautiful nature. Our factory is equipped with the latest technologies and our technical staffs are highly qualified and experienced to ensure our products are produced with the highest quality for our consumers.

Our mineral water plant construction started in Q1 2021. We will be able to contribute and support the living standard of the people in the Chreav Community, Aoral District, Kampong Speu Province.
The first trial production took place in December 2022
24 Jan 2023 – Awarded the Cambodia Standard certification for Kaiia Natural Mineral Water
02 Mar 2023 – Awarded the HACCP and GMP Certification from Guardian Independent Certification Ltd which was registered in London, England.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1/Sales Strategy Execution
-Implement sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and market share objectives in the assigned general trade and provincial markets.
-Identify growth opportunities in assigned territories and develop action plans to capitalize on them.
-Ensure the alignment of area sales activities with broader company goals
2/Distributor, Wholesaler and Retailer Management
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retailers to ensure product availability and compliance agreements.
-Monitor sales performance of the assigned distributors and wholesalers, including inventory levels, sales trends, and financial health, and take corrective actions as needed.
-Negotiate terms and agreements with key trade partners to maximize sales opportunities.
3/ Sales Team Management
-Lead, train, and motivate field sales teams under supervision to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
-Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and address training needs.
-Plan and assign sales activities, routes, and schedules to optimize team efficiency.
4/ Market Development and Customer Engagement
-Conduct market visits to understand customer needs, gather insights, and evaluate competitor activities.
-Drive product promotions, trade marketing initiatives, and other sales activities to increase brand visibility and consumer engagement.
-Address customer complaints and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
5/ Data Analysis and Reporting
– Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement.
-Prepare and present regular reports on sales achievements, market conditions, and challenges.
-Use insights from data to forecast sales and allocate resources effectively.
6/ Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Head of Sales and Management from time to time.
QUALIFICATION / experiences
-Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or business management or related
-5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
-Proven track record in general trade sales and managing provincial markets.
