1/Sales and Market Expansion

– Identify and prospect new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.

-Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

-Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by promoting products and services to potential and current customers.

-Conduct regular customer visits, maintaining a strong presence in assigned territory.

-Present and demonstrate the company’s products to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.

2/Customer Support and Relationship Management

-Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

-Build long-term relationships with key accounts and offer personalized services.

-Provide post-sale support by coordinating deliveries, product installation, and after-sales services.

-Monitor and report customer feedback to management to improve products and services.

3/ Sales Tracking

-Process orders and track sales through the CRM system to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate documentation.

-Update and maintain sales records, customer profiles, and sales activity logs.

4/Reporting and Administrative Duties

-Submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, detailing achievements, challenges, and market trends.

-Keep accurate records of sales performance, activities, and customer communications.

-Participate in forecasting and planning activities for sales growth and territory expansion.

5/ Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Superior from time to time.

 

QUALIFICATION / experiences

-Any degree in Sales, Marketing, or business management or related

-1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG, retail, or service industry.

-Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build customer relationships.
