Main Duties and Responsibilities

1/ Customer Relationship Management

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with HoReCa clients, including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and cafés.

-Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

-Conduct regular visits to HoReCa establishments to strengthen relationships and assess client needs.

2/ Sales Growth and Revenue Generation

-Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals by actively promoting the company’s products.

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HoReCa

-Negotiate pricing, contracts, and trading terms with customers while maintaining profitability.

3/ Market Development and Brand Visibility

-Ensure optimal product placement and visibility within client establishments.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities tailored to the HoReCa

-Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

4/Sales Operations and Reporting

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and market feedback.

-Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance against targets.

-Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and adequate stock levels at client locations.

5/ Customer Training and Support

-Educate clients on product benefits, usage, and storage to ensure optimal satisfaction and product performance.

-Provide training to staff at customer establishments on promoting the brand and handling the product.

6/ Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Superior from time to time.

 

QUALIFICATION / experiences

-Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or business management or related

-2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the HoReCa channel or FMCG industry.

-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
